What are your hours?
Access hours are from 7am to 7pm 7days a week at both facilities.
Office hours in Topsham are from 8am -7 pm M-Sat. and 9am - 7pm on Sundays
Office hours in South Portland are 8:30am - 6pm M-Sat. and 9am - 6pm on Sundays

What is climate control?
Climate control means that we heat and air condition each floor of the building to maintain an average temperature between 55° and 75°. We also maintain a consistently low humidity level to prevent warping of furniture, mildew and musty smells. You can be sure your things will come out of storage exactly as you put them in.

How do I know my items are secure?
Each customer has their own unique access code to enter the building. This same access code is attached to your specific unit as each unit has its own individual alarm. You will also have a lock on the unit that is your lock and your key, only you have access to your unit.

Is my stuff insured?
We insure our building, NOT what is in each individual unit. Usually if you call your homeowners or renters insurance agent and tell them that you will be using a climate controlled storage facility they will be able to add this to your existing policy. We can also give you information for companies that specifically sell storage insurance. You are not required to have insurance to use the facility you can store at your own risk.

No. We are a 100% Maine owned and operated company. We believe in keeping Maine strong!
