Climate Control:
100 percent interior access units not exposed to outside temperature or elements. Units are air conditioned in the summer months and heated in the winter months.
Security:
24 hour monitored security. Motion sensor and alarmed units with individual key pad access control. Seven day a week staff presence 12 hours a day. After hours manned security patrols of the building and property by trained security professionals. Fire suppression systems installed above all units.
